Decades of event planning and production experience from conception to big picture execution, I've learned success is not from going through the motions but delivering holistically and exceeding expectations by helping uncover budget efficiencies, identifying economies of scale, employing sustainable event marketing strategies, creating experiences from immersive high touch and virtual engagements, and by leveraging years of hands-on building tactile and strategic interactions that pave the way for fast, nimble, efficient and one of a kind milestones and results.
When life throws you a curveball you watch its trajectory, plot it's anticipated path, and swing for the stars using the experience you have accumulated, your curious nature, and innovative mind. I am ready, willing, and able to always learn, evolve, and expand beyond what we were yesterday and apply what we have accumlated over decades to transform and transmute your event into more fluent, versatile, and nimble solutions that meet and exceed your mission and goals.
Isn't it amazing some people give up before even starting or stop short of their goals just feet or inches away from completing what they started. For me and events it has helped to have a creative and determined acumen, years of experience through life's school of hard knocks, a degree of project management skills for complex events and campaigns, and possess unwavering confidence to get things done that seem impossible.
When you have a passion for planning and producing events it's the difference between a meal prepared by a Michelin rated Chef and a cafeteria lunch plate. Mind you, I'm not perfect and sometimes you hit bumps. You can't control things that have a life and momentum of their own, but I know how to mitigate and stay two steps ahead and act quickly to reduce exposure.
Comments that echo repeatedly from different people during a live crazy hectic event such as with 150,000 people pouring in through the gates is "How can you be so calm?" or when a hurricane is whipping through your site, "Aren't you nervous?". Why should I be? When you're prepared for the worst everything feels as though it under control, and anything that you can't control that follows Murphy's Law I'll just dispatch if it pops up, because as a Boy Scout I have learned to always be prepared.
